There are many mobs in Hypixel SkyBlock. Some of them are strong, some of them are weak. This tutorial discusses some strategies for fighting SkyBlock mobs.

Hub

Graveyard Zombie

Strategy

Graveyard Zombies are very easy to kill. A rogue sword will do it in about 3 hits. They are slow, so just don't let them hit you. If you get an Intimidation Talisman from the Adventurer, the zombies will ignore you. They sometimes drop a poisonous potato, which is necessary for the vaccine talisman. Otherwise, unless you want bestiary kills do Zombie Slayer, you can just ignore them.

Zombie Villager

Strategy

Zombie villagers only spawn at night. They move faster and have slightly more health than zombies. Kill them in the same way as normal zombies. Also, an Intimidation Talisman works on them.

Crypt Ghoul

Strategy

Crypt Ghouls are much stronger than zombies. They usually don't move unless provoked or if the player gets too close. They drop a lot of combat XP, so many players farm them. Fight them like normal zombies.

Zombie Slayer

Deformed Revenant

Recommended Items

Strategy

Try not to let the Deformed Revenant hit you, you can try to get lower ground than it and constantly hit it, without it hitting you.

NEVER kill other zombies when fighting with a Deformed Revenant as another Deformed Revenant or Revenant Horror may summon, making it way harder to survive their attacks.

Deformed Revenant has a high Damage but no Speed, so instead of getting pushed to a wall and being hit constantly, combo it to a wall to do damage while taking no damage at all.

Revenant Horror

Strategy

Kill the last zombie in Graveyard instead of Hub Crypts so no mobs will interrupt you with a Intimidation Talisman, making the fight easier. It will immediately despawn and fail the slayer request if you accidentally lure it into Village. So be careful with the location you spawn it.

Revenant Horror is just like Deformed Revenant, but faster and with less damage and abilities that can nerf your Defense and boost its Damage. So a good way for players wearing Revenant Armor to defeat it is to stand in a corner and kill it.

When it is raged, flee if you are not sure if u can take its damage.

Make sure you get hit by it every 15 seconds, or it will do significant more damage and drag you towards it. A strategy is to stand 1.5 blocks higher than it with a wall behind you. Elicit half of your hit box outside so you can heal yourself when you are low while not being dragged out by it.
