The crafting recipe for the farm suit can be obtained at wheat collection III, and is absolutely the first set you should obtain.

Easy to buy from the fish merchant for next to nothing. It can help for players who enjoy fishing, as well as being cheap α Sea Creature Chance for bingo players. Other than the angler equipment, which has no competition at this point in the game, this armor set is usually not worth it if you already have farm suit.

Mining 5
This set is nice for new players wishing to level up mining and can be easy to obtain for certain bingo goals, but most players can obtain cheaper armor for earlygame.

Combat 3
The Rosetta's armor set costs 4,530 coins at Rosetta after obtaining Combat 3, although it is recommended to also obtain Enchanting 5 to gain the full benefits of growth, which can easily be done by enchanting something such as an Undead Sword.

Glacite Armor is the best armor set for beginners, being easy to obtain for both ironman and normal players. Early-game ironman players may find it hard to kill Ice Walkers, but they can be killed in a single hit by a pickaxe. Non-ironman players can easily obtain the armor on the Auction House by saving up some coins.

Combat 12
Ender Armor is the best combat armor for this stage of the game, especially when combined with the Void Sword, providing for an earlygame powerhouse and easily granting enough damage to kill most creatures on the End Island. It being soulbound means you may have to grind the armor pieces manually, but it is well worth it for 90% of combat players.

Combat 16
Don't use this armor set unless you plan on playing as tank in Dungeons.

Combat 16
Cheap legendary armor that actually boosts your ❁ Damage. The full set bonus isn't very useful, but the ☣ Crit Chance and ☠ Crit Damage bonuses are extremely helpful for this stage in the game

Combat 16(Spider Slayer IV, if the Tarantula Helmet is used.)
Unless your primary weapon is still the Aspect of the End, you should consider switching some armor pieces out for pieces of Unstable Dragon Armor and/or use a Tarantula Helmet, which can help balance ❁ Strength and ☠ Crit Damage and result in higher damage overall, or save some coins as they are often a lot cheaper.

Combat 22 and Basic Tier Kuudra completion
If you do not plan on doing dungeons, or if you wish to focus on out-of-dungeon combat, it is recommended to acquire this armor set early to slowly upgrade it over the course of your playtime as it is the best melee armor set for out-of-dungeon melee combat for now. However, this armor set is practically useless inside dungeons after the first floor. The helmet should be replaced by a Tarantula Helmet if you have one for now.
| Transition Note
It is possible to transition straight from Unstable Dragon Armor to Shadow Assassin, via using various sets in dungeons, and possibly some other sets for other game elements, such as slayers and dungeons.

Floor 5 Completion
With this armor set, the chestplate is not necessary due to its high cost relative to the rest of this armor set. A Legendary Zombie Knight Chestplate or a Skeleton Master Chestplate dropped from floor 5 or 6 is a good alternative for those who cannot afford the full set. The Tarantula Helmet is still a good alternative helmet outside dungeons. Remember to star your armor using Livid Fragments for additional stats and a rarity upgrade.

Floor VII Completion, Spider Slayer IV
This is essential for any player and Berserk class player. As it not only provides great ❈ Defense and ❤ Health, but also a great amount of ❁ Damage. If you can afford it, you can upgrade your Tarantula Helmet into a Primordial Helmet at this point, and many may choose to select Maxor's Boots for additional in-dungeons speed and additional ☠ Crit Damage for more balance.

Combat 22
A great alternative to the Necron's Armor, albeit much more expensive and relies on the Blaze Pet. However, it is extremely potent as an armor set that has defied power creep since its inception, being viable even over Burning Crimson Armor for Crimson Isle content. Use this armor if you either prefer the ice aesthetic, have a lot of spare money from non-combat money making methods such as Farming or Mining, or if you want to use its full set bonus for Loot Sharing with Fishing content.

Floor VII Completion, Zombie Slayer VIII
This is essential for any player and Berserk class player. As it not only provides great ❈ Defense and ❤ Health, but also a great amount of ❁ Damage. The Warden Helmet, though rather expensive, has the highest damage bonus of any armor piece and is rather important for most late-game combat, especially for the Crimson Isle and high-tier slayers. However, many players may prefer to use the Primordial Helmet or the Crown of Avarice over it due to the lack of a speed penalty.

Infernal Tier Kuudra Completion, Combat Level 47
This set is the best ❁ Damage set in the game due to the Dominus set ability. It provides very high ❤ Health and high ❈ Defense, and a very high amount of ❁ Strength and ☠ Crit Damage. The Dominus ability grants Ⓢ Swing Range, at tiers Burning and above gives extra ⫽ Ferocity, and at Infernal tier, gives an additive +10% ❁ Damage. It is a must-have for any task that requires high damage. However, some players may choose the Warden Helmet for the similar damage and lower cost compared to an infernal helmet.

Infernal Tier Kuudra Completion, Combat Level 47
This set is the best ✎ Intelligence set in the game, giving 1424 ✎ Intelligence, 274 more than Storm's Armor. It provides very high ❤ Health and high ❈ Defense, along with 40 ๑ Ability Damage. The set bonus Arcane Energy gives the wearer the ability to gain Arcane Energy, and at 10 Arcane Energy, they can sneak to fire homing missiles, firing more the higher tier the armor is. It is a must-have for any task that requires ✎ Intelligence or ๑ Ability Damage. The Wither Goggles is a less expensive alternative helmet that provides similar ๑ Ability Damage at a much lower cost.
