Usage
A Reinforced Chisel can be used in the Fossil Excavator with 
Suspicious Scraps to find Fossils and other loot.
Forging
The Reinforced Chisel, along with a variety of other items, can be used to forge a Glacite-Plated Chisel once the player has reached Heart of the Mountain IX. It takes 12 hours to forge.
